KUALA LUMPUR: NCB Holdings Bhd has lodged reports with the Securities Commission, Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia and police in relation to significant losses and prior year adjustment (PYA) registered by its subsidiary, Kontena Nasional Bhd (KNB), for the financial year ended December 31 2013.
