KUALA LUMPUR: The Heads of Agreement signed between the Federal and Selangor governments for a long-term solution to the Selangor water supply issue will not be affected by the exclusion of Syarikat Pengeluar Air Selangor Holdings Bhd (SPLASH), said Pengurusan Aset Air Bhd (PAAB).
