GOMBAK, 9 December 2025: The seventh session of the 41st IIUM Convocation Ceremony celebrated the graduation of 559 students from the Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage departments of AHAS KIRKHS and Kulliyyah of Medicine (KOM) at IIUM Gombak on 9 December.
This convocation session was officiated by the member of the IIUM Board of Governors, Honourable Dato’ Nazmi Othman, who delivered a warm and heartfelt address to the graduands.
Conferment of Undergraduate Degrees for the AbdulHamid AbuSulayman Kulliyyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences covered the following programmes:
- Bachelor of Halal Industry Management (Honours)
- Bachelor of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage (Fiqh and Usul al-Fiqh) (Honours)
- Bachelor of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage in Fiqh and Usul al-Fiqh (Honours)
- Bachelor of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage (Qur’an and Sunnah Studies) (Honours)
- Bachelor of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage in Qur’an and Sunnah Studies (Honours)
- Bachelor of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage (Usul al-Din and Comparative Religion) (Honours)
- Bachelor of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage in Usul al-Din and Comparative Religion (Honours)
- Bachelor of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Heritage in Arabic Language and Literature (Honours)
Conferment of Undergraduate Degrees for the Kulliyyah of Medicine covered:
1. Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
During the session, six outstanding graduands were presented with Kulliyyah Awards in recognition of their achievements. The recipients were as follows:

Nur Affisa Emalin Binti Mohd Roshanaffi: Best Student (Overall)
Amirah Binti Abd Wahab: Best Student (Academic)
Muhammad Hakim Bin Yusli: Best Student (Co-Curricular)
Representing the graduands, Dr Amirah Binti Abd Wahab from KOM delivered the valedictory address.
The session concluded with the official proclamation of adjournment by Honourable Dato’ Nazmi Othman, followed by the singing of the IIUM Anthem.***
