GOMBAK, 1 November 2025: First-ever KOED (Kulliyyah of Education) traditional Fun Run was organised by the Bachelor of Education Students Association (BEDSA) on 1 November 2025, Saturday, in conjunction with EduFest 2025.

Reviving the cultural roots that brings people together is one of the goals for the event.

The 3km-run, started and ended at KOED parking lot, was participated by almost 100 hundred students and alumni.

The event started at 8:30 a.m. , with welcoming speech from Deputy Dean of Students Development Centre of Education, Dr. Arifin Mamat and Nurul Najwa Binti Sulaiman, the Programme manager. Dr. Arifin mentioned how exercise should be part of every day routine, and students need to balance their intellectual and physical abilities.

Following a brief warm-up session, participants embarked on the fun run around the IIUM campus, taking part in the traditional games stationed along the route.
