KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court yesterday fixed Aug 13 for decision on an application by Malay daily Utusan Melayu (Malaysia) Bhd and its group editor-in-chief Datuk Abdul Aziz Ishak to amend their defence statement in the suit brought by Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for alleging he was supportive of homosexuality.
