BREAKFAST is the first meal consumed after awakening in the morning and before beginning daily activities. Unfortunately, many people assume that breakfast is pointless and a waste of time; nevertheless, it is not. It genuinely provides several benefits of eating breakfast.
The question is, why is it necessary to eat breakfast every morning?
