JOHOR BARU: The Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA) has reiterated that the Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL) will be maintained free to all motorists, unless they enter Singapore through the Causeway via the Sultan Iskandar Building (SIB) starting August 1.
