GOMBAK, 15 November 2022: Caretaker Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, announced 18th and 19th November 2022 as public holidays in conjunction with Malaysia’s 15th General Election in his recent Twitter post.
He also said that free toll charges will be applied over the two days.
Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri further added that civil servants’ wages will be brought forward to 17th of November 2022 while pensioners will receive their pensions on the 14th of November 2022 (yesterday).
These incentives have been decided to ease the rakyat’s burden so as to make it easier for them to cast their votes.***
