GOMBAK, 7 September 2022: Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) is organizing a poster and short video competition in collaboration with Pfizer (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. aimed to raise awareness on rare diseases and mental health.
Bearing on UiTM Health Competition Raising Awareness on Rare Disease and Mental Health theme, the competition invited participants to submit posters on rare diseases based on the main theme “Rare is Real” highlighting one or more components of REAL: Research, Equity, Access, and Life.
Meanwhile, for the short video competition, participants are expected to create a 2-minute video on mental health on the main theme of “Mental Health “ Do Not Suffer Alone“.
The competition is open to all university students aged 18 “ 30 who are enrolled in academic institutions in Malaysia and can be participated individually or in a group with the maximum of four people.
Submissions are now open until before 12.00 midnight on 31 October 2022. Entries should be uploaded to google drive via the following entry form link:

The winners will stand a chance of winning cash prizes up to RM8,000 for the poster competition and up to RM12,000 for the short video competition!
