Vaccination status without booster dose will be changed to incomplete beginning 1st April

PUTRAJAYA, 24 February 2022: The Health Ministry urges all Sinovac primary vaccine recipients and senior citizens who have not received their booster shots to do so by 31 March, Astro Awani reported.

In a press conference today, Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin was reported to have said that Sinovac primary vaccine recipients aged 18 and above and senior citizens aged 60 years and above who received all types of vaccines should get a booster dose in order to maintain their complete vaccination status.

“The time period previously set at February 28 has now been extended until March 31.

Beginning 1 April, their complete vaccination status will be changed to incomplete if they have not yet received a booster dose,” the Minister said. ***
