KUALA LUMPUR, 15 November 2021: The Malaysian Family concept will be a new philosophy of national administration, Prime Minister, Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said.

According to him, the approach by the government’s administration is to encourage the people, regardless of their backgrounds and political opinions, to unite with each other so the country could break free from the pandemic and economic crisis.

He also said that the concept had been getting positive feedbacks among the people.

“In this regard, I would like to express my gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala for the success of the Confidence-and-Supply Agreement (CSA) signed between the government and the opposition.

“All focus is now on mutual cooperation to develop the country in order to overcome the economic and public health crisis.

“Alhamdulillah the result could be clearly seen with proceedings in Parliament going on smoothly and constructively, which is the manifestation for the Malaysian Family and also as a democratic discussion as commanded by His Majesty,” he said.

The Prime Minister stated this while delivering a congratulatory speech for Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdulah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah during the Istiadat Menghadap dan Istiadat Pengurniaan Darjah Kebesaran, Bintang dan Pingat Persekutuan for His Majesty’s birthday celebration at Istana Negara on Saturday.

Also present was Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah.

Furthermore, Ismail Sabri stated that the government will ensure that the people’s welfare will always be prioritised regardless of one’s native, race or religion.

“For the purpose of keeping the people’s welfare, the government had created the Malaysian Family Foundation.

“The purpose of the Malaysian Family Foundation is to help and provide the children that had been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic along with the orphans.

“The government is also making a step to produce a Malaysian vaccine with high quality, effectiveness and is safe through the National Vaccine Development Roadmap (PPVN) along with Malaysia Genome and Vaccine Institute (MGVI),” he further said.***
