GOMBAK, 30 May 2021: “STEADFAST and alumni shall not part”. This expression is the tagline of STEADFAST’s latest programme inspired to get closer to the alumni as well as the current members of the club through their talk show, Inspiration Talk (InsTalk) Alumni 1.0.

Organised by Student Facilitator Team (STEADFAST), a known and active club both inside and outside IIUM, InsTalk 1.0 was held on Friday (28 May) from 9.00 p.m until 10.00 p.m. via STEADFAST IIUM live FB platform. It featured Soraya Natasha and Hazwan Hilmi, the invited alumni for the sharing session.

The objective of the InsTalk was to strengthen the brotherhood and sisterhood between STEADFAST members and the alumni, which was considered a useful platform to share and discuss issues related to the club and life.

The main concept of the programme was as a three-pronged discussion and a sharing medium that involved not only the invited hosts and alumni, but also the audiences, who had the opportunity to share and ask questions to the invited panelists.

This first interactive session of InsTalk on the topic “Lovestruck in Facilitating” focused more on the introduction about the club and a sharing of the alumni’s experiences and expectations of this club.

The almost one-hour discussion was further enlivened with a lucky draw session for the lucky spectators.

The programme that saw support from club members as well as alumni, received response from over 200 viewers on the STEADFAST club’s live Facebook of which the audience was not only among club members but also from among the alumni who participated to enliven the session.

According to assistant head of STEDFAST’s HRM bureau, Aina Nazirah, the first series of the InsTalk was a success as great effort was made in realising the main aspiration of the HRM bureau to strengthen the spirit of togetherness with the club’s alumni.

Meanwhile, head of HRM Bureau, Khairul Ikhwan, who was the host of this show, said the InsTalk Alumni will feature more surprises in their latest series in the coming semester. ***
