SINGAPORE : Singapore Airlines (SIA) confirmed that one of its aircraft parked at the Manila International Airport œcame into contact with an aerobridge due to strong winds from Typhoon Rammasun on Wednesday, local television Channel NewsAsia (CNA) repored. In responding to queries by CNA, the local media quoted a SIA spokesperson as saying: œThere were no passengers or crew on board at that time and our engineers will assess the aircraft when weather conditions permit. The spokesperson said passengers who are booked on SQ915 for July 16 will be rebooked on other flights today in order to minimise disruption to their travel plans.
