GOMBAK, 23 November 2020: Malaysia today recorded its highest number of positive COVID-19 with 1,884 new cases, including two imported cases which adds up to 56,659 total cases and 13,842 active cases.
Meanwhile, two deaths were reported today bringing the total fatalities to date to 337.
According to Health Director-General, Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah, Selangor recorded the highest number of cases which is 1,203 cases followed by Sabah and Negeri Sembilan with 289 cases and 193 cases respectively.
With 883 recoveries today, the cumulative number of recovered cases add up to 42,480.
Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham, in a statement today, also reported the detection of four new COVID-19 clusters.
The four new clusters are the Bintang cluster and Indah Mas cluster in the Klang Valley, Teja Kasih cluster in Perak and Kobena cluster in Johor.***
