GOMBAK, 18 November 2020: As of today’s noon, 660 new COVID-19 cases are recorded in Malaysia, going down to three digits once again with four deaths, which adds to a total of 50,390 confirmed cases, 12,814 active cases and 322 total deaths.
According to the report by the Ministry of Health, Sabah recorded the highest figure today with 387 new cases. Meanwhile, Selangor recorded 139 new cases, the second-highest, followed by Negeri Sembilan with 31 new cases.
Three clusters namely Cluster Kencana, Cluster Bah Sintok and Cluster Seri Anggerik ended while eight new clusters are identified today.
With 630 recoveries today, the cumulative number of recovered cases add up to 37,254 (73.9 percent of total cases).
On top of that, there are 103 positive cases being treated at Intensive Care Units (ICU) with 41 cases in need of ventilator support, according to the report. ***
