GOMBAK, 15 November 2020: The Health Ministry reported that new cases are still at four digits – 1,208 including 6 imported cases and 3 deaths as of noon today.
This include a surge of cases in Klang Valley with new infections exceeding the number of cases recorded in Sabah. Klang Valley made up the majority of the new cases with 661, followed by Sabah with 381.
The cluster reported with highest cases was cluster Tapak Bina Damanlela in Kuala Lumpur with 460.
There are three new clusters reported from Jeri (Johor), Jalan Kalabakan and Plaza.
Of the new cases, three are imported from India, one from Bangladesh, one from Nepal and one from Indonesia.
In a press statement, Health Director-General, Tan Sri Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah said there were 1,303 recoveries bringing the total of recovered cases at 34,785.
The total of death cases is currently at 309. 104 patients are in intensive care with 42 of them are intubated patients.***
