GOMBAK, 6 May 2019 – “Ahlan wa Sahlan Ya Ramadhan” event ended on Saturday (4 May) evening with great response from the campus community throughout the whole event.
Organised by Mahallah Aminah in collaboration with several societies such as the Student Representative Council (SRC), I-Masjid, Mahallah Hafsah, and Mahallah Bilal, this event was held for two days starting Friday morning until Saturday evening.
A number of activities were carried out under this event such as cooking and distributing bubur lambuk, a night forum delivered by Ustaz Zamri Mantop, Qiamullail, a congregational Subh prayer campaign, Qurban, Rewang, and a talk delivered by Syarief.
The event’s programme manager, Karimal Hilal Abdullah said that the participation of both the staff and students throughout the entire event was very admirable.
“Hopefully, this event would achieve its objective by providing food to needy students and preparing oneself to enter the fasting month of Ramadan,” Karimal added.***
