Enjoy Mini Carnival @ 99 Wonderland by Communication Internship students

BATU CAVES, 8 December 2018: The two-day Mini Carnival at 99 Wonderland Park near here, which open today to the public, offers a lot of fun and interesting activities such as craft bazaars, food trucks, explorace, colouring, food eating contest and cat adoption expo.

There will also be a cultural night with cultural performances by IIUM’s students that would portray diverse international culture as well. Not to forget, the carnival will also feature a performance by Australia’s sweetheart, Cassidy La Creme.

The purpose of this programme is to contribute in socio-economic context in relations to the triple bottom line such as finance, society and environment. Apart from that, it is also intended to enhance management and communication skills among graduating student before embarking into the real world.

This programme is also aimed to help entrepreneurs present and sell their products as well as to attract visitors to visit 99 Wonderland Park for their fun and interesting attractions.

Programme coordinator, Syamimi Amira, told IIUMToday that this programme offers many family-friendly activities that can be enjoyed together with family and friends.

Syamimi added that the 99 Wonderland Park also has many attractions such as 99 Cruise Ride, Bird Island and many more for the visitors.

“I hope the IIUM community could spend their time at the carnival and have happy times with their family and friends at 99 Wonderland Park as we provide visitors with many fun games and activities,” she added.

This programme is a final-year project organised by IIUM Internship Communication students (public relations and organisational communication specialisation) in collaboration with 99 Wonderland Park.
