GOMBAK, 17 December 2017: The first three-month course on Risalah An Nur offered by Nursy Research Training Consultancy (NRTC) ended last Thursday (14 December) following the closing of the semester.
A closing ceremony was held with remarks given by its President, Yusuf Kara, and the distribution of certificates as well as a photo session.
The course which focused on studying the Risalah An-Nur Book written by Badiuzzaman and Talaqqy, started on 2 October this year. Participants for this course came from among both IIUM and non-IIUM students. It was conducted in three languages – English, Malay, and Arabic.
“Overall, the course is worthy of studying which could easily be understood by the all,” one of the participants, Zamakh Syarif said.
“The main objective of the course was to introduce the teaching of Risalah An-Nur and participants were expected to seek more knowledge and understanding on the Risalah,” Ain Syahirah of the committee for NRTC said.
A similar course will be conducted again next semester and participation is open to all. ***
