More than 50 committee members were divided into six different bureaus including Public Relations, Preparation and Technical, Promotion, Multimedia, Catering and Special Task.
It took them two months to make this night fruitful. All committees worked hard on internet, social media and did flash mobs, road shows to invite all IIUM community.
