Director of UCCE, Dato Hamidon Abdul Hamid was also present at the event and gave two speeches titled ˜Domains of University Centre for Community Engagement and the Strategic Map in the first session and ˜Understanding UCCE Balanced Scorecard which was held on the first night of the camp. The second day witnessed all the participants engaged in group discussions to analyse and consult on their strategies of management using the Clubs Balanced Scorecard.

Their clubs’ Balanced Scorecard was then presented on their last day of camp in front of Dato Hamidon Abdul Hamid and other participants of the programme. The last day ended with reflections by Dato Abdul Hamid who also gave some comments and ideas to improve the Clubs Balanced Scorecard.

One participant of the programme described the workshop as effective in creating a stronger bond between the clubs under UCCE.

œIn my opinion, if we have known each other well enough, it will be easier for the club to hold any programme especially if it necessitates collaboration, she said.
