KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) has clinched a RM3.15 billion contract from Kwasa Utama Sdn Bhd (KUSB), the master developer of the Kwasa Damansara township in Sungai Buloh, to build a commercial project called Kwasa Utama.
