KUALA LUMPUR: The FA of Malaysia (FAM) will be looking into a standard operating procedure (SOP) that enables smooth entry into stadiums for the majority of fans, while weeding out hooligans, particularly those with previous records of causing crowd trouble who could be banned from entering football stadia.
