MOST Malaysians have generally welcomed the 2016 Budget tabled in the Dewan Rakyat on Friday for giving various relief and assistance to almost everyone. But there is one group of retired government and quasi-government employees who have been conveniently forgotten, not just this time around, but almost all the time.
